Why This Page Exists
Fraudsters sometimes impersonate established companies to deceive job seekers, vendors, and business partners. Indelox Services Pvt. Ltd. has been made aware of instances where individuals and organisations have been contacted by parties falsely claiming to represent Indelox.
We take this seriously. This page exists to help you identify fraudulent activity, protect yourself, and report suspicious contact to us directly.
How Fraud Typically Happens
Fraudulent actors may approach you by phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media, posing as Indelox representatives. Common scenarios include:
Fake Job Offers:
Unsolicited offers of employment at Indelox, often accompanied by requests for a registration fee, security deposit, document processing charge, or bank account details. Indelox does not charge candidates any fee at any stage of the recruitment process.
Fake Vendor or Business Solicitations:
Requests to supply goods or services to Indelox, often with advance payment conditions or requests for sensitive business information, originating from email addresses or phone numbers that are not official Indelox channels.
Fake Purchase Orders or Contracts:
Forged or fabricated documents bearing the Indelox name, logo, or letterhead, used to deceive suppliers into delivering goods or releasing funds without a verified order.
Fake Customer Communications:
Fraudulent payment instructions sent to Indelox customers, directing them to transfer funds to bank accounts not belonging to Indelox. Always verify payment details directly with us before making any transfer.

Offer employment, contracts, or business arrangements through unofficial personal phone numbers or messaging apps alone.
